This was the top viewed post  of all time (1700 views) in the various Health series.  I repeat annually simply because I have a new audience and it also is a reminder that we are treating the symptoms but not the root cause. If you consider the list of common ailments resulting from an imbalance of healthy and healthy bacteria and fungus such as candida it becomes very clear how important the health of our gut is and that we need to take more care of it.

In the posts on Candida Albicans I have mentioned that there are around 120 symptoms associated with an overgrowth. Obviously too many to list here.
